Message	I would at least make sure your used head bolts are spotless and lightly oiled (need to check this) before use. Also make sure the bolt holes in your block are completely clean! Even a small bit of rust or debris will affect final torque values. I bet the most important thing is to keep constant and consistent torque on the aluminum heads.
